Collaborative Interviews
First session (2 ½ hours) on site, following above assessments builds awareness
Second session( 2 hours) on site develops the leader’s performance plan
Thereafter telephone sessions
Additional in-person sessions can be added and included in the contract agreement.
Optimum commitment in this coaching model is six to eight months which can be 18-24 sessions. Shorter contracts of 8-12 sessions can be created for specific areas of focus.
